Strawberry season is finally here! So, I can start making some amazing fresh strawberry recipes again.

If you have fresh strawberries on hand, you won’t want to miss out on these seasonal recipes. Each one highlights the amazing taste of the berries, and they are all pretty easy to make. You’re sure to find a new way to use all those fresh berries so you can enjoy their flavor all season long!

Baking Fresh Strawberry Recipes

While I do love to just eat fresh strawberries by the handful, I also like to use them to make perfect desserts, breakfast treats, and snacks. I use fresh strawberries to make cakes, pies, and fruit salads. When strawberries are in season, everything in my house is taken over by that beautiful red fruit!

1. Strawberry Icebox Cake

This fresh Strawberry Icebox Cake features just three ingredients. All you need is sliced strawberries, Cool Whip and graham crackers. The ingredients layer in a dish then cool in the freezer. This is the perfect recipe to make in the summer, as it is very refreshing on a hot day. My Strawberry Cobbler really highlights the flavor of the fresh berries. It’s sweet and a little bit tangy, thanks to the buttermilk in the cobbler batter. I like to serve this cobbler while it is still warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream as the perfect finishing touch.
