Tips and Tricks For Making This Breakfast Burrito Casserole Recipe
- I like to use breakfast sausage in this recipe, but crumbled, cooked bacon will also be delicious.
- Add taco seasoning to your breakfast sausage as it cooks in the skillet. This will add a delicious Tex-Mex flair to your breakfast burritos. Top the whole meal with fresh black bean and corn salsa for an even more authentic meal.
- You can easily cut this recipe in half to make five burritos for breakfast for the family. When you make a smaller quantity, use an 8×8 baking dish so that the burritos still cook evenly without getting too crispy.
