There’s even MORE Christmas Cookies over on Upparent.com. Have you heard of it yet?
Upparent is a new startup that is helping to gather into one place the conversations parents are having with one another to share family-friendly recommendations about things to do, places to go, products to try – like the Christmas Cookies recipe I’m sharing for other parents to enjoy, too!
It’s also an online destination for parents seeking inspiration and information from other parents about local events and activities for family fun.
What better way to get the best recommendations for things to do or try with your family than from other parents who have actually experienced them?!
It’s easy and fun to discover new family-friendly activities, and you can even bookmark your favorites to make your own family fun to-do list!
Can you freeze these cookies?
Yes! Just form dough balls as normal and place onto a baking sheet close together but not touching. Freeze and transfer to freezer bags. Then you can just pull them out when you’re ready and bake as normal!
What ingredients do you need to make cookies from scratch?
Almost all cookies have the same base ingredients to make from scratch. Make sure to always have these things on hand:
● white sugar
● brown sugar
● vanilla extract
● teaspoon baking soda
How should I store cookies?
To maximize the shelf life of cookies, it’s best to place the cookies in a loosely covered container.
How long do freshly baked cookies last at room temperature?
Properly stored, freshly baked cookies will last for about 2 to 3 weeks at normal room temperature.
