I made this because I had the ingredients & the picture looked like a great dessert, however this was extremely sweet. You can’t eat it without ice cream, etc. because of the sweetness. I need to find a way to adjust this so I can salvage it— maybe make an oatmeal unsweetened crumble to it????
I love dump cakes, but my problem is, on mine there are wet spots on top of the cake and it’s very unappetizing. Where as yours appears crunchy on top. How do you achieve a crunchy top. Otherwise, I’d make them more often.
