Easy Taco Ring Recipe

I happen to think taco rings are perfect for Christmastime because they look like wreaths and with toppings like green lettuce, jalapeรฑos, and guacamole, and red toppings like salsa and tomatoes, it even has the festive color scheme down pat!

Thereโ€™s a little bit of prep involved in the recipe because youโ€™ll need to make the ground beef and assemble everything, but the good news is that there are a few different ways to make this ahead of time. You can either make the ground beef and refrigerate it for up to a day and then assemble and bake, or you can assemble the taco ring, pop it in the refrigerator, and then all you have to do is bake it and garnish it on the day of your party. Itโ€™s up to you!
