One of my favorite times of Spring, is the week leading up to and including Easter Day! It’s just a special time of year and I look forward to doing crafts and celebrating Easter with my family.
I’ll be sharing our projects and ideas on how to make this a fun week in your house all week long with you!
Yesterday we dyed Easter Eggs and today we made Hidden Surprise Easter Egg Treats out of Rice Krispies Treats! This fun to eat and fun to make yummy easter egg treats are as simple as making the traditional Rice Krispies recipe, filling large plastic eggs with the gooey stuff and then filling with a special treat and sealing.
That’s it! The kids LOVED seeing what was in their eggs when I gave them to them!
Here’s a step-by-step on these fun eggs!

Hello There!
When do you add the candy inside the eggs? Right away when they’re molded or go back and cut them open to insert candy and reseal?? Making these for my husband’s work. Adding food coloring to make eggs different colors!
