It seems like everyone has a certain way that they like their chicken salad to taste, and I can tell you without a doubt that this recipe is one of my favorites. It’s super tasty with just a little bit of added sweetness from the grapes. It seriously is such an easy chicken salad recipe!
There’s just something about this type of chicken sandwich that will make you crave another bite. And if you pair it up with super soft bread, get outta here! You just might find yourself eating more than one!

Ingredients:
- Chicken, cooked and diced – I love to use leftover chicken for this recipe!
- Seedless red grapes – Any type of grapes will work.
- Red apple- The sweeter, the better!
- Celery ribs
- Pecans, walnuts, or almonds – This adds such a great texture and crunch.
- Mayonnaise
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
Serving
- Bread
- Croissants
- Lettuce

How To Make This Easy Chicken Salad
1. Prepare
Cut chicken and add to a large bowl
2. Cut ingredients
Cut grapes, apple, celery, and pecans, add to the bowl
3. Mix dressing
Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper
4. Stir
Stir together until well combined

5. Store in fridge
Cover and refrigerate at least one hour before serving
6. Serve
Serve on bread or croissants with lettuce, or whatever you prefer
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator
