This is why this recipe for homemade banana bread pudding is the best! You can enjoy it hot, cold, warm, or even at room temperature. I highly recommend that you try it in a bunch of different ways to see what you like best.

Should I refrigerate bread pudding?

Yes, any leftovers need to be stored in the fridge. This will keep it from becoming soggy and help it retain it’s texture.

To enjoy it while it’s the freshest, you need to eat it within 3-4 days of storing it in the fridge.

What can I do with an old loaf of bread?

This banana pudding dessert shows you just that! You can easily cube up the bread and turn it into something delicious.

How do you make baked banana bread moister?

This is where you can add on a glaze that can help it out. It shouldn’t be dry once you bake it, but if it is just be certain to add on the glaze.

What are some good mix-ins for this banana bread pudding?

While this pudding recipe is delicious, I like to mix in some raisins sometimes, and some cranberries, too. I do this once I’m eating it, not when I’m baking it. They just add a fun texture and a whole other layer of sweetness.
