What happens if the dressing separates in the fridge?

No worries! Just give it a quick shake and it should be good as new!

All you need to do is store the leftover dressing in an airtight container and keep it in the fridge. As long as it has a tight seal, it should be good to go to stay fresh!

Can you freeze this salad dressing?

Due to the ingredients, this would not do well frozen. The best bet for this recipe is to make it and keep it nice and cool in the fridge.
