A Breakfast Casserole Without Potatoes
I really love that this cheesy casserole recipe is a bit different than others. This breakfast casserole doesn’t have any potatoes or hash browns in it at all! (but if you do like potato casseroles, check out our Cheesy Ham and Potato Casserole as well!)
The cubed bread adds a nice texture to it and makes for a hearty forkful every time.

- 1 c. whole milk – Whole milk is best as it adds creaminess.

- salt
- black pepper
- 4 c. cubed French bread or baguette – Any cubed bread is fine as well.
