Ham and Cheese Breakfast Casserole

This Ham and Cheese Breakfast Casserole is made with ham, cheese, eggs, bread, and more - is so easy to make either in advance or the day of!

Ingredients

  • 10 large eggs
  • 1 c. whole milk
  • ½ c. heavy cream
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 4 c. cubed French bread or baguette
  • 1/2 lb. ham, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (mexican blend is good, too!)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, mustard, and garlic powder and season generously with salt and pepper.
  • Butter a 9"-x-13" baking dish. Add bread and top with ham and cheddar.
  • Pour egg mixture over the entire dish.
  • Bake until eggs are cooked through and ham is golden, 45 to 55 minutes.
