This Homemade Granola Recipe is easy to make with just a few organic ingredients I picked up at Harris Teeter!
Harris Teeter Old Fashioned Oats, Honey, Unsweetened Coconut, Butter, and Raisins are all you need!

Granola is perfect for eating Organic on the cheap every day! Eat it alone as a snack, add to yogurt parfaits, on top of cereal or mixed into pancakes and muffins! It’s delish! And I am SURE you’re entire family will be begging you to keep this one in stock!
How long can you keep homemade granola?
Homemade Granola will last a long time if you keep it in a good airtight container – up to a month or longer!
How do I make granola?
Well, I’m glad you asked! Making homemade granola is as easy as mixing a few ingredients in a bowl and baking! See the recipe below! You’re gonna love this one!
Easy Homemade Granola
Ingredients
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup butter 1 stick
- 1/2 cup honey
Instructions
- Preheat over to 325 degrees
- Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl and stir
- Over low heat, melt butter.
- Add honey
- Bring to a boil and remove from heat
- Add butter mixture to dry ingredients and combine well.
- Place granola on a lined baking sheet
- Put into oven for 30 minutes - string every 10 to ensure even browning.
- Remove from oven and let cool on baking sheet (granola will harden as it cools)
- Break into pieces and store in an airtight container or ziploc bag
