Summer meals are some of my favorite meals of the year. I love light meals of yogurt and fresh fruit for breakfast, homegrown salads and sparkling water for lunch, and sandwiches for dinner. It’s a great time to lighten up from the hearty meals of winter. With the kids home, that means I’m making several meals and snacks each day for all of us. They always want something fun to eat and I like to give it to them. Like this Fresh Berry and Coconut Granola Yogurt Parfait.
Yogurt doesn’t have to be just for breakfast. We like it anytime of the day for a wholesome snack that fills you up and is good for you!
I personally like to use whole fat yogurt to feed my family. I think it’s more filling and good for you! But there are some times I want a special treat with unique flavors and Yoplait has a great selection to chose from!

- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt - I like vanilla Yoplait
- To a small mason jar, add 1/4 cup yogurt
- Top with berries and granola
- Add remaining yogurt
- Top with more berries and granola
