The holidays are over and it’s now time to get back to being healthy and getting ready for beautiful spring weather. While the calendar says it’s January, my mind is longing for warmer days!
I’m ready to enjoy exercising outdoors, walking the dog, playing ball with the kids and lots of fun. This cold weather stuff is for the birds – wait….they don’t even like the cold weather! ha!
