Chipolte Corn Salsa
You only need a few ingredients to recreate this recipe for the medium roasted corn salsa at home. I’ll include the full TikTok video as well.

The recipe obviously starts with corn! I mean it is called Corn Salsa… You will need the following ingredients to recreate this recipe at home.
Ingredients for Chipotle Corn Salsa
- corn – Use fresh sweet corn to add that hint of sweetness.
- red onion – Red onion is best because it’s slightly sweet as well.
- jalapeño – Adding fresh jalapeno peppers adds the heat!
- cilantro – Fresh cilantro really gives this salsa recipe a refreshing taste.
- salt
- lime juice – Squeezing some lime juice adds that citrus kick!
You will want to finely chop all of the ingredients before combining them with the corn. Also, it looks like you need to thoroughly mix the red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, salt, and lime juice before you add it to your bowl of corn. This way all of the flavors are evenly distributed in the salsa.
This is a light and fresh tasting salsa that is perfect for hot summer days! Just enough kick without being too overpowering. It would be great simply with chips, or with your favorite Mexican dishes!
