I know that there are a lot of Chipotle fans out there! Well, guess what guys!! They shared their recipe for their Corn Salsa on TikTok and you can now make it at home!
That is one thing that has been positive this year, the number of recipes that our favorite places are sharing for us to recreate at home!
Chipolte Corn Salsa
You only need a few ingredients to recreate this recipe for the medium roasted corn salsa at home. I’ll include the full TikTok video as well.
The guy that does the voiceover had me cracking up a bit. Honestly, I couldn’t do it better and probably would have laughed more than he did.
The recipe obviously starts with corn! I mean it is called Corn Salsa… You will need the following ingredients to recreate this recipe at home.
Ingredients for Chipotle Corn Salsa
- corn
- red onion
- jalapeño
- cilantro
- salt
- lime juice
You will want to finely chop all of the ingredients before combining them with the corn. Also, it looks like you need to thoroughly mix the red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, salt, and lime juice before you add it to your bowl of corn. This way all of the flavors are evenly distributed in the salsa.
This is a light and fresh tasting salsa that is perfect for hot summer days! Just enough kick without being too overpowering. It would be great simply with chips, or with your favorite Mexican dishes!
This looks like it would be a simple and fast dish that you could make ahead and store in the refrigerator. I am sure the flavors would come through so much stronger after having time to sit a bit.

By the way, this dad in the video below is totally me trying to pronounce Chipotle. Anyone else have trouble pronouncing it? I was glad to see that I am not the only one that struggles hahaha!
