I’m on the go from the time I get up in the morning until I go to bed at night. I have to really take care of myself so that I can take care of everyone around me. Being a mom to a 13-year-old, a 10-year-old and a 6-year-old, plus a wife to an amazing man, means that I’m juggling lots of schedules and activities along with my own day-to-day schedule.

I make sure to feed my family all the best to make sure they are off to school and work with full bellies from wholesome food. I also need to make sure to start my day off right with a good breakfast that’s full of good-for-me ingredients that will help keep me going from school drop off lines to bedtime stories. Whatever I make has to be quick, easy and delicious, of course!

Ingredients  

  • 1 Strawberry Cheesecake Dannon Light & Fit® Greek Yogurt
  • 1/3 cup Kellogg’s® Special K Original cereal
  • 2 Strawberries - sliced
  • 1/2 Banana - sliced
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts

Instructions 

  • Add Strawberry Cheesecake Dannon Light & Fit® Greek Yogurt to the bottom of a bowl. 
  • Add strawberries, bananas, chia seeds, walnuts and Kellogg’s® Special K Original cereal right on top.
