I’m on the go from the time I get up in the morning until I go to bed at night. I have to really take care of myself so that I can take care of everyone around me. Being a mom to a 13-year-old, a 10-year-old and a 6-year-old, plus a wife to an amazing man, means that I’m juggling lots of schedules and activities along with my own day-to-day schedule.

One of my favorite meals to make takes under 5 minutes to prepare and has amazing ingredients to fuel my body for whatever comes my way!
Fruit & Grain Smoothie Bowls
Smoothie bowls are a great way to get all that you need in one dish! Fruit, grains, fat, proteins – it’s all there! I love to use Dannon Light & Fit® Greek Yogurt in my smoothie bowls as my base.
There are so many flavors at Target (where I LOVE to shop for all the amazing things!), but Strawberry Cheesecake is one of my favorites and what I used for the recipe I’m sharing today!
BUT you can use whatever flavor of Dannon Light & Fit® Greek Yogurt YOU like best! Target has several flavors. I’m sure you’ll find one or two you’ll love, too! And there’s usually an awesome Cartwheel deal to get you the best price.
All you have to do to make these smoothie bowls is to add the yogurt to a small bowl and top with nutritious toppings. That’s it!

Fruit & Grain Smoothie Bowls
- 1 Strawberry Cheesecake Dannon Light & Fit® Greek Yogurt
- 1/3 cup Kellogg’s® Special K Original cereal
- 2 Strawberries - sliced
- 1/2 Banana - sliced
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/4 cup Walnuts
- Add Strawberry Cheesecake Dannon Light & Fit® Greek Yogurt to the bottom of a bowl.
- Add strawberries, bananas, chia seeds, walnuts and Kellogg’s® Special K Original cereal right on top.
