I’ve been doing a lot of baking this past week in anticipation of the holidays. I made extra large batches of cookies so that I would be able to share at a gathering of our Church friends, our postman, recycle-person and waste management crew.
I even had enough for Brian to take a tray to his work to share with his crew and we’ll have some around to share with our friends and family that stop by to visit during the holiday weekend.
This year I made:
Oatmeal Cookies
Chocolate Mint Truffles
Peanut Butter Cookies 3-Ways
Chocolate Chip Cookies
Old-Fashioned Saltine Cracker Toffee
Cake Pops
Brownies
I just love to bake, eat and share lots of comfy goodness with my friends and loved ones. And, I love to share my recipes with you, in hopes you’ll find a winner to share with your family.
Baking for the holidays is a wonderful way to show someone you care for them. It shows that you took the time to think ahead and put your heart into something.
So, why not bake up a batch of whatever YOUR world famous cookies or candies are and give to your elderly neighbor, church staff or someone in your office to show them how much you appreciate them this holiday season?!
