Thank goodness for chunky clothes, I’m sure a few extra pounds will be found this fall, too! haha! In honor of the kick off to fall ( that is a real thing, right??) I pulled out my slow cooker last weekend and made a delicious sandwich that my entire family loved!
I love a good slow cooker recipe and this is one of my favorites!
Slow Cooker Cheesy Chicken Ranch Sandwich
Mmmm! This Slow Cooker Cheesy Chicken Ranch Sandwich is our new go-to sandwich! It is THAT good! AND it’s THAT easy to make! This isn’t one of those slow cooker meals that you have to cook all day long before it’s ready. No, not at all!
This sandwich only takes 3 hours from start to finish! So, if you throw it in around lunch time, it will be good to go by dinner time. Easy peasy!
Of course, you HAVE to have good cheese to put on your Slow Cooker Cheesy Chicken Ranch Sandwich. No processed stuff here. Only the good stuff!

Slow Cooker Cheesy Ranch Chicken Sandwiches
- 3-4 Chicken Breasts
- 1 package of dry Italian dressing seasoning
- Half a jar of banana peppers and a little of the juice from the jar
- Slider sandwich rolls
- Sargento cheese - I like Pepper Jack
- Ranch dressing
- Place chicken breasts, Italian seasoning and banana peppers with juice in slow cooker on low for 3 hours
- At the end of 3 hours - shred with a fork and turn on warm until ready to serve
- Place chicken on the buns and top with a little ranch dressing and sliced cheese.
