I eat eggs for breakfast every single morning. I love that they are easy to make and are full of protein to keep me full. The problem is that I get bored with them. I always have them scrambled or poached over greens. I do love them this way, but I like to try new things to keep myself on track and to not reach for a bagel with cream cheese instead – which is NOT as good for you!
