My little ball of fluff, Lilly, is a house cat—and our only cat. Lilly doesn’t go outside, and I often wonder if she is getting all of the nutrients she needs.

So when I heard about the Purina ONE® 28 Day Challenge, where I would feed Lilly Purina ONE Indoor Advantage Cat Food from Walmart, to see how it positively aids her in gaining the best nutrition money can buy—I was all in!

Purina ONE has always been a trusted brand in our household, so I didn’t hesitate to go for it!

Purina ONE Indoor Advantage Cat Food helps minimize hairballs & maintain a healthy weight by providing 100% of the nutrition your adult cat needs, with no artificial flavors or preservatives.

It also includes omega-6 to give your cat a radiant coat and healthy skin, while the crunchy kibble helps reduce plaque build-up. Sounds like something I can get on board with!

We even decided to take the Purina ONE Challenge for our dog, Bella – you can check out that post HERE.

Lilly can be a little picky, but she didn’t have a problem joining the Clean Bowl Club on Day 1. She actually started digging into the bag before I could get the dry food into her dish! Score!!

On Day 7, I noticed that she had more energy and was bounding around the house more. If you have a cat, you’re probably familiar with the cat zoomies haha—that was Lilly!

I was a little worried if Purina ONE Indoor Advantage would cause a little stomach issues for Lilly since it was new, but by Day 14, I knew we were in the clear! All good! High digestibility was a good thing!

On Day 21, Lilly’s eyes seemed to sparkle more and her coat was so shiny. It was clear that Lilly was getting all the nutrients she needed from Purina ONE!

By Day 28, Lilly was supposed to have stronger teeth, muscles and better immune health. While I couldn’t measure these things officially, I could tell that Lilly was happy, full of energy, and looked amazing!

Purina ONE Indoor Advantage will definitely become a staple in our home for Lilly AND for our dog, Bella. They both are thriving from such delicious, good-for-them food!

Make sure to pick up a bag at your local Walmart for the best price around, and give the Purina ONE 28 Day Challenge a try for yourself!

  1. I always analyse the ingredients, no matter what the add says. All companies are promising healthy cat, shiny fur et cetera. Cats are obligatory carnivores, so when I see that inside the food there is only 20% meat I know that something is wrong… It means that 80% are cheap fillers like rice, maize, wheat gluten meal, maize gluten meal. Does it sound healthy? Not at all. People should pay more attention on what they buying for their animals 🙌
