I hosted a live cooking demo at Harvest Market in Springfield, Illinois where we made a Million Dollar Menu on a Weeknight Budget – three incredibly simple recipes that feel a little special but are perfect for busy weeknights.

The goal of the event was to show how you can take everyday grocery store ingredients and turn them into meals your family will rave about, without spending hours in the kitchen. And, boy…did you love them!
