MothersDay

It’s been a busy two weeks! I’ve known it was coming and actually kinda dreaded  having most days and nights filled with activities,  but they sure were worth it! It started out with the Third Day Concert and then we had a field trip with Ella’s School, Kindergarten Preview night, Mother’s Tea, Mother’s Day, Andrew’s field  trip to Memorial Gardens, Andrew’s preschool graduation, Class picnic, soccer games, gymnastics, our 9th Wedding Anniversary and Life Group Nights. Sheesh! That’s a whole lotta stuff to fit into only 2 weeks! But, it was a lot of fun!

I can’t believe that the school year is over for Andrew and almost over for Ella. I will soon have a 2nd grader, a Kindergartner and a 1 year old.

Sydney is already 10 months old and so close to walking. I am sure it will be very soon! She is so frustrated that she can’t do it yet, that she keeps trying and trying. She’s really, really close!

I’m so looking forward to the weekend! The weather has finally turned nice and I have plans to tackle some cleaning. YAY! I know – odd to be excited to clean. But, I get GREAT satisfaction and peace when my house is in order. It’s cheap therapy. LOL

I’ll be sharing the recipe on  Monday for this yummy Carrot Zucchini Bar with a Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting. It is soooo good! But for now…I’m off to clean and organize at Super Mom speed!

Have a great weekend!

You have the cutest kids on the planet! My daughter graduates from preschool this year too. I can’t wait for all-day kindergarten LOL.

How was the Third Day concert? I love them!

    1. Awwww! Thank you, Kim! I think they are pretty darn cute…even if everyone keeps telling me that they look exactly like their dad! haha!!! It is hard to believe that the “baby” phase is kinda over this year for our preK graduates, huh?!

Third Day was awesome!!!! I haven’t seen them before, so it was really cool! What was neat, was that it was a smaller venue, so our seats were great!!
