With Mother’s Day coming up, it makes me think back to when I first became a mother for the 1st time. I was 27 at the time and had been trying to get pregnant and ended up suffering two miscarriages. Such a hard journey to go through, but when I finally found out that I had a healthy pregnancy and was going to be a mama, I was shocked, scared, ecstatic and about a million other emotions all in one! It was exciting to say the least! We gave each of our parents gifts and when they opened them they said things like “World’s Best Grandpa” on them! It took them a minute to get it! haha!

Finding out you’re going to be a mom is one of the most amazing things that’s ever happened to me and I LOVE to see how other moms react to the news. Check out this adorable video by Clearblue Easy on YouTube. I bet you’ll tear up like I did!

Just pull up Facebook any day and you’re bound to see a pregnancy announcement or gender reveal in your newfeed. Bringing your own bundle of joy into the world is the most amazing blessing you’ll ever be given. I love that you’re able to find out if you’re pregnant or not by a clear sign like the Clearblue Easy at home tests that actually tell you if you’re pregnant or not. No more guessing if you see a line or a plus or a color. It’s spelled out right in front of you!

Now, I have three beautiful kids ages 9, almost 7 and almost 3. They all bring us such joy (and frustrations at times!) but I wouldn’t change them for the world. And who knows…maybe we’ll be blessed with another baby and you’ll see our fun announcement in your Facebook timeline!
