I have a 3 day weekend ahead of me and if you’re lucky, you do too!
I know that a lot of people took Friday off as well, so that they could have a 4 day weekend. I wish I would have thought of that. Sigh…. Oh well!
I’m really looking forward to having 3 days at home with my kids and husband. The weather is supposed to be amazing and we a few plans scheduled that will get us outdoors.
Right now, I’m making Sausage Balls to take with us to the Preschool Hotdog Roast tonight – they smell yuuummmy! I don’t think I’ve made them in a couple of years. I’ll be sure to share the recipe later on when I have a minute to post it. They are easy peasy to make and everyone love them!
Well, I have a sink full of dirty dishes (from making the Sausage Balls) to attend to before we head out in about 45mins. I’m not quite sure how I have so many dishes when I only really needed a bowl to mix the ingredients up in. I’m blaming it on my husband. Speaking of….
