How To Make Easy Pecan Pie Bars

Here is a quick look at how these delicious Thanksgiving dessert bars come together.
- Combine the flour, butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping the bowl as needed, until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Fold in the Pecans.
- Press the shortbread mixture into the bottom of the baking pan, then bake for 18-22 minutes or until the edges are a light golden brown.
- Next, make the filling. Combine the brown sugar, flour, and salt in a large bowl and whisk to combine.
- Pour in the corn syrup, eggs, and vanilla, and stir well. Fold in the chopped pecans. Spread this mixture over the crust.
