The easiest way to make nachos at home is on a sheet pan in the oven, and while you can totally make these for a crowd-pleasing appetizer.

INGREDIENTS

Vegetable oil Onion Ground beef Chili powder Cumin powder Coriander powder Dried oregano Tortilla chips Shredded Mexican cheese blend Salt & pepper

Cook onions, beef, chili powder, cumin, coriander, and oregano. Be sure to crumble the beef as it cooks. Drain off the grease and set aside.

Line sheet pan with chips and top with ground beef and cheese. Bake the nachos for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
