Cook the sausage until browned. Set the cooked sausage on a paper towel to drain off the excess grease.
Take the crescent roll dough out and cover the whole pan or dish with it. Make sure there are no holes in the dough.
Place the sausage on the dough, and then the potatoes and cheese. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Pour the egg mixture over the breakfast pizza.
Place the pan in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
