BBQ Pork Ribs

If you only order ribs when you’re at a restaurant or getting takeout, you’re missing out. They’re easier to make at home than you think!

INGREDIENTS

Country ribs Garlic powder Onion powder Smoked paprika Kosher salt Black pepper Cumin Chili powder Brown sugar Dried oregano Chicken stock Apple cider vinegar BBQ sauce

Mix together dry rub ingredients. Cover the ribs with the spice mixture and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight.

1

Combine the chicken stock and vinegar. Add the ribs, cover the pan with aluminum foil, and bake for 2 hours.

2

Remove ribs from pan, then boil leftover stock on high heat until it is reduced by half. Stir in the BBQ sauce and set aside.

3

Grill the ribs and once slightly charred, cut them into individual ribs and toss them in a bowl with the sauce. Serve!

4

These oven-baked BBQ ribs are marinated with a spice rub, then cooked low and slow to make them fall-off-the-bone tender.

And they’re smothered in savory, sweet sauce that will give you sticky fingers, but it’s totally worth it!

Slow cooking at a low temperature is definitely the best way to make great ribs!
