Graham crackers Pecans Butter Sugar Cream cheese Powdered sugar Cool Whip Blueberry pie filling
Pulse graham crackers and pecans until they form a coarse crumb. Stir in melted butter and sugar, then form crust.
Place the pan in the oven and bake the crust. Let it cool completely on a wire rack.
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until they’re smooth. Beat in one cup of Cool Whip, then fold in the remaining Cool Whip from one container.
Spread filling mixture over graham cracker crust, then top with the blueberry pie filling. Chill & serve.
In addition to being a simple make-ahead dessert recipe, blueberry delight is, well, delightful!
While you can definitely switch things up and try a different type of pie filling like cherry, raspberry, blackberry, or strawberry, I really love this recipe with blueberry!
