These Oreo brownies are one of my favorite ways to upgrade boxed brownie mix!

Preheat the oven to 350ºF and grease the bottom of an 8×8 baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the brownie mix, oil, water, and eggs until well combined.
Pour half of the brownie batter into the baking dish, then sprinkle half of the chopped Oreo cookies on top. Add the rest of the brownie batter, followed by the Oreos.
Bake the brownies for 25 minutes, or until a cake tester comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting and serving.
The Oreos add a nice texture to fudgy, chewy brownies-from-a-box, with some getting soft in the middle, and others on top remaining crisp.
These brownies are the best for making brownie sundaes. Just warm them up then top with a scoop of ice cream and your favorite sundae toppings.
