Eggs Sugar Canola oil All-purpose flour Ground cinnamon Baking soda Baking powder Salt Grated carrots Cream cheese frosting
Whisk together the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Beat the eggs, sugar, and oil. Pour the dry ingredients into the bowl with the wet ingredients and stir in the carrots.
Fill the muffin tin cups two-thirds of the way full with the batter. Bake the cupcakes for 20 minutes.
Cool the cupcakes before frosting with cream cheese frosting.
