Jello Instant Banana Cream Pudding Cold milk Banana Nilla Wafer cookies Cake flour Baking powder Salt Melted butter Light brown sugar Egg Vanilla extract Powdered sugar Cornstarch Heavy cream


Mix the Nilla wafer crumbs, cake flour, baking powder, and salt. Beat the melted butter and brown sugar together in a separate bowl. Add the egg, mashed banana, and vanilla, and blend well.


Add the dry ingredients to the bowl of wet ingredients, and beat until a thick, smooth batter forms. Stir in the milk. Bake for 20 minutes then cool on a wire rack.


Whisk the banana cream pudding and cold milk together in a medium bowl until smooth. Stir in the mashed banana. Make the frosting.


Cut a small hole in the center of each cupcake. Then, pipe the banana pudding into the hole. Add an extra vanilla wafer and a banana slice on top of each cupcake as a garnish, and enjoy!
