Apple Bundt         Cake

This apple bundt cake is a dessert that you must make this fall. It’s full of homey fall flavors and seasonal apples that are at their peak.

INGREDIENTS

All-purpose flour Baking soda Cinnamon Nutmeg Kosher salt Granny Smith apples Walnuts Canola oil Granulated sugar Vanilla extract Unsweetened applesauce Eggs

Whisk flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Add in the apple pieces and walnuts if using and toss to coat.

Whisk sugar and oil. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each egg. Add in the dry ingredients with the apples and mix.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 60-70 minutes.

Let the cake cool in the pan for about 15 minutes before moving it to a wired rack. When out, serve and enjoy!
