Nutella Stuffed Pancakes

These Nutella Stuffed Pancakes are the best way to start the day, and they’re easier to make than you think! Light, fluffy, and loaded with hazelnut flavor!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • Nutella

To Serve:

  • unsalted butter
  • whipped cream
  • mixed fruit – berries are my favorite!
  • Nutella

Instructions

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and spray with cooking spray.
  • In a medium bowl, stir together all the pancake ingredients except the chocolate hazelnut spread until blended being careful to not overmix. Some lumps are just fine!
    2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix, 1 Tablespoon sugar, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 1 cup milk, 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract, 2 large eggs
  • For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle.
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon hazelnut spread to the center of the batter and cover with a small amount of batter.

  • Cook until the edge is dry and bubbles form on top of the pancake.
  • Turn; cook until golden brown.
  • Top with butter, whipped cream, fruit, and a drizzle of chocolate hazelnut spread.
