- 1 cup cold brew coffee
- 1 ounce pumpkin spice syrup (I use Torani)
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 pinch pumpkin pie spice
- 1 pumpkin spice donut (optional)
Fill a glass with ice and pour in the pumpkin spice syrup.
Pour enough cold brew coffee into the glass to completely cover the ice.
In a blender, add 1/4 cup of milk and blend on high for about 30 seconds until it forms a foam.
Add the cold foam to the cup and top with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
Then, for a little fun, add a pumpkin spice donut to your straw and serve!
- Ice cube trick: Freeze some cold brew in ice cube trays so when you serve the drink, it doesn’t get watered down as the ice melts.
- Caramel drizzle: If you'd like, drizzle caramel syrup over the cold foam just before serving.
- Keep it cold: Chill your glass beforehand so the cold brew stays at the perfect temperature.
