Ingredients

  • 2 (15-ounce) cans sliced peaches with juices
  • 1 (15.25-ounce) box yellow cake mix
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup salted butter, melted
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9×13 pan.
  • Pour in peaches with juices.
  • Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly. Don’t stir.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon, if using.
  • Drizzle melted butter over top.
  • Bake 45–50 minutes, until golden and bubbling in the center.

Notes

  • Cover the cake mix with butter — dry, floury patches are the #1 cobbler mistake.
  • Drain canned peaches (reserve a little juice if it looks dry).
  • Don't stir after layering — the layers make the cobbler topping.
