My Best Tips for a Perfect Peach Cobbler
When you make peach cobbler with cake mix, you know it's going to be EASY. But here are a few additional tips to make sure it turns out perfect.
-
- Resist the temptation to stir. You do not want to stir together the ingredients in the pan. However, if you see a large dry spot of cake mix, tap it with a fork so it sinks into the peach liquid and becomes moist.
-
- Serve it with ice cream. Whipped cream is also good with this recipe, but when you serve peach cobbler warm with scoops of vanilla ice cream it takes it over the top.
