- Favorite pancake mix
- Plastic zip bag
- Maple syrup
- Butter
Mix the pancake batter as normal.
Heat a non-stick griddle to medium-low heat.
Put the batter into a zip lock bag.
Push the batter into one corner of the baggie. Snip of the corner to create a small hole.
Pipe the batter on the griddle.
Once one side of the mini pancakes is done, flip with a small turner or chopstick.
Serve warm with butter, syrup, or even with milk!
Add in mix-ins if you like.
- Small pancakes can be a pain to flip, so make sure you use a nonstick pan and a chopstick to flip them once they are golden brown.
