Oreo Brownies
These rich, fudgy Oreo brownies are made with boxed brownie mix and loaded with crunchy Oreo cookies. An easy dessert upgrade!

- 1 box fudge brownie mix
- ⅔ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup water
- 2 large eggs
- 1 ½ cups Oreo cookies roughly chopped
Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease the bottom of a 8x8 baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together the boxed brownie mix, oil, water, and eggs until well combined.

Pour ½ the batter into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle half of the chopped Oreo cookies on top.

Top with remaining brownie batter and top with the rest of the Oreos.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean. Cool completely.
