- 1 egg yolk
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup olive oil
Combine all of the ingredients, except the oil, in a blender and blend into a smooth consistency.
