- 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (10.5 ounces)
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- ½ cup cooked bacon crumbled
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- ½ cup green onions (optional)
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and milk. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Fold in the cooked shredded chicken, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon (reserve some for topping), and cooked pasta. Mix until everything is well-coated.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and any reserved bacon.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and slightly golden on top.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. If desired, sprinkle with sliced green onions before serving.
