- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 ¼ cups whole milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat the waffle iron. In a medium mixing bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.

- To keep the waffles warm while you work through the rest of the batter, you can place them on a sheet pan in a 200ºF oven.
