Easy Chicken Tetrazzini

Chicken tetrazzini is a winning weeknight dinner! It pairs spaghetti with a rich, creamy sauce, chicken, and plenty of cheese!

Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti cooked and drained
  • 2 lbs cooked chicken breast chopped or shredded
  • 10 1/2 oz cream of mushroom soup 1 can
  • 10 1/2 oz cream of chicken soup 1 can
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup frozen peas
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F and spray baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine soups, milk, peas, salt, pepper and chicken. Stir.
  • Add cooked spaghetti noodles and stir until combined well.
  • Add to 13×9 inch pan and top with cheese.
  • Cover tightly with foil.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • NOTE: You ca take off the foil for the last 10 minutes. You can also broil the cheese to get it all nice and bubbly.
