Ingredients

  • 1 box of yellow cake mix (or any flavor of cake mix that you want)
  • 1/2 cup of softened butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 8 ounces of softened cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • powdered sugar
  • Holiday sprinkles

Instructions

  • Beat together the butter, vanilla, egg, and cream cheese until fluffy and mixed well.
  • Add in the cake mix and blend until mixed well.
  • Put in the fridge and chill for 30 minutes- 1 hour.
  • Roll into balls in holiday sprinkles and dip in a bowl of powdered sugar - roll around until covered completely.
  • Put in the oven and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes until the edges are lightly brown. Remove to a baking sheet after allowing it to cool for 5 minutes.
