- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 large onion chopped (1 cup)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup Original Bisquick mix or Homemade Bisquick
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
Preheat oven to 400ºF. In a skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, until beef is brown.
Drain well.
Stir in salt + pepper and add to a pie plate.
Sprinkle with the cheese.
In small bowl, whisk remaining ingredients until blended.
Pour over mixture in pie plate.
Bake about 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
