Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts

These Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts are crispy outside and tender inside. They make a wonderful and healthy side dish for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 brussels sprouts stalks (about 3 cups)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place the brussels sprouts in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil and maple syrup, stir to coat all the Brussels Sprouts. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add brussels sprouts to the air fryer basket. Cook at 380°F for about 12 minutes. Stir halfway through. (After 6 minutes)
  • Continue cooking until brussels sprouts are golden brown.
  • Adjust seasoning, if necessary, serve as a side dish.

Notes

  • Be sure to halve any extra large sprouts to make sure they all cook evenly and completely.
