Preheat your oven to 375ºF. Grease a bundt pan with baking spray, then dust it with flour. Set the pan aside.
Add the butter and sugar to a stand mixer with a paddle attachment. Beat until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes, scraping down the sides of the bowl occasionally to make sure all the butter is evenly blended.
1½ cups butter, 3 cups sugar
Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition.
5 eggs
Add the vanilla, lemon zest and lime zest and stir on low speed just to incorporate.
2 teaspoons vanilla extract, 1 lemon, 1 lime
Add the flour and salt and mix to make a smooth batter.
3 cups flour, ½ teaspoon salt
Mix in the milk and 7UP on low speed until the batter is smooth and thick.
1 cup 7UP soda, ¼ cup whole milk
Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and spread evenly in the pan.
Bake the cake in the preheated oven for 70 minutes. A knife inserted into the center of the cake will come out cleanly. The top will look golden brown and the cake will be pulling away from the sides of the pan.
Let the cake cool in the pan for about 20 minutes then flip the cake out onto a plate. Let cool for another 30 minutes.
Add all the ingredients for the glaze into a medium mixing bowl and whisk together. Pour the glaze over the cake then slice and serve.
1½ cups powdered sugar, 2 Tablespoons 7UP soda, 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
