Dump the Oreo mix into a 9” pie pan then press it into the pan and up the sides. Make the Oreo crust as even as possible.
Place the crust in the fridge to chill for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, remove the ice cream from your freezer and let it soften at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
1 quart vanilla ice cream
Remove the crust from the freezer and add the softened ice cream to the crust. Use and offset spatula or spoon to spread the ice cream evenly in the pie crust. Place the pie in the freezer to chill for at least 2 hours.
Pour the hot fudge sauce over the entire surface of the pie then some sprinkles, whipped cream, and maraschino cherries. Freeze the pie for another hour.

Slice and serve the pie while cold.
You can use any type of ice cream for the pie. Get creative! Any ice cream will work.
