Ice Cream Pie
Each slice of this easy-to-make Ice Cream Pie is like a big, decadent piece of a hot fudge sundae. The Oreo crust, vanilla ice cream, and hot fudge sauce are perfect with a cherry on top!

- 22 Oreo cookies
- 5 Tablespoons Unsalted, melted butter
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce
- sprinkles
- whipped cream
- maraschino cherries
Start by making the pie crust. Add the Oreos and melted butter to a food processor. Pulse until the Oreos are fine crumbles and the mixture resembles coarse sand.

Dump the Oreo mix into a 9” pie pan then press it into the pan and up the sides. Make the Oreo crust as even as possible.
Place the crust in the fridge to chill for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, remove the ice cream from your freezer and let it soften at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
1 quart vanilla ice cream
Remove the crust from the freezer and add the softened ice cream to the crust. Use and offset spatula or spoon to spread the ice cream evenly in the pie crust. Place the pie in the freezer to chill for at least 2 hours.
Pour the hot fudge sauce over the entire surface of the pie then some sprinkles, whipped cream, and maraschino cherries. Freeze the pie for another hour.

Slice and serve the pie while cold.
- You can use any type of ice cream for the pie. Get creative! Any ice cream will work.
- Replace the hot fudge sauce with caramel sauce.
