These Breakfast Sliders are the perfect savory breakfast option! With sausage, eggs, cheese, and slider buns, they have everything you need to fuel your morning.
- 2 lbs pork breakfast sausage
- 2 tbsp butter unsalted
- 8 large eggs
- ½ cup whole milk
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 8-10 slices of sharp cheddar cheese
- 12 slider buns
Preheat the oven to 350F. Form 12 patties from the sausage.
In a large sauté pan over medium-high heat, cook the sausage patties until fully cooked. Drain on paper towels.
Mix together the eggs, milk, and seasoning. Melt the butter in a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add the egg mix and scramble until fully cooked. Remove from heat.
Cut the slider buns in half and place the bottoms into a 9x13 baking dish. Top each bottom with a sausage patty and scrambled eggs. Layer the cheese over the whole dish and place the bun tops on top.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
