Fried Eggs
You can never go wrong with a fried egg. The golden, crispy edges combined with the creamy, runny yolk makes for the ultimate bite.

- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp butter
- salt
- fresh ground pepper
Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt butter or oil.
While the pan is heating, crack the egg into a small bowl
When the butter or oil has melted and is hot, slide the egg into the pan. Cook the egg for about 3 minutes or until the white is set. Carefully flip the egg with a spatula and let cook for 30 seconds. Top with salt and pepper.
