Brookies are perfect for all those times when you can’t choose between a brownie and a cookie! This easy brookie recipe uses chocolate chip cookie mix and brownie mix to help get dessert on the table lickety-split!

Cookie Layer
1pouch cookie mix chocolate chip
4tbspbutter softened
1tbspwater
1egg
Brownie Layer
1box brownie mix fudge
¼cupwater
⅔cupvegetable oil
2eggs
Instructions
Heat oven to 350°F. Spray with cooking spray.
In medium bowl, stir Brownie Layer ingredients until well blended. Spread evenly in pan.
Next, in medium bowl, stir Cookie Layer ingredients until soft dough forms.
Dollop small spoonfuls of the cookie dough evenly over the brownie batter (no need to spread it out or press it down).
Bake 33 to 38 minutes or until brownies are set around edges and toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean.
Cool completely in pan on cooling rack, about 1 hour.
